All you will need is dumbbells, a resistance band and your body weight.
60 minute Strength & Burn
Follow along with me as a take you through 3 strength circuits. Core, upper body and lower body, 3 rounds with cardio burn outs to raise your heart rate between each circuit. A full body strength with just enough sweat.
45 minute Jump Start
Follow along with me as I take you through 2 circuits. A lower body mobility circuit and an upper body mobility circuit. The circuits blend muscle stretching and core strength. This class will also get your heart rate up with burst of cardio. A perfect Jump Start to any day.
30 minute Core
Follow along with me as I take you through 4 core super sets. Set that core on fire and make that 6-pack pop.
Each week an exercise will be featured. I will take you through the exercise step by step teaching proper form.
